Nowadays, "waiting" more than a few days for something we order electronically seems strange to those of us who are not familiar with ordering 'custom work.' However its really very straightforward. Your project's turn-around time depends on the type of project you are ordering and our other customers who placed an order before you. They too had to wait a certain period before their project was next in line. Keep in mind several things:
Some items ship within a week. For others,
a] we strive to meet deadlines for obvious reasons, but we cannot promise an exact delivery day/time. Rather we shoot for a 30 - 45 day window period.
b] If you have need of a piece at a specific date, we suggest a rush order or ordering earlier than later to avoid any potential problems.
c] We receive new orders daily ! If you place an order today for example , there will almost certainly be a timeframe you will have to wait until we are ready
to begin work on your order as there are orders placed ahead of yours. Your wait depends greatly on how long our Project List . Like a conveyor belt,
your project gets closer and closer to being started. There is also a construction period involved as well. This can last a day or several weeks
depending on the project. If you have issues with this concept of waiting, we invite you to visit numerous other custom work studios or armourers that
have been in business for several years. Invariably most have similar policies due to the reality of this type of work. It comes with the territory.
